 Its a anger  which causes many dangerous disease like hypertension diabetes depression n many others so its very important to keep ourselves away from anger . We can keep away ourselves from anger I have some spiritual ways its confirm if you adopt it you can reduce your anger which causes many dangerous disease like hypertension diabetes depression.

Way no 1 . As you got anger at any body by their mistake  just think we also do many mistakes and God does not catch us and leave us so same you leave the particular person n try to don't anger .
Way no 2. As you get anger on some one or some thing suddenly change your mind from there think some thing other you must reduce your anger in very short time.
Way no 3. As you get anger on some one or some thing if you are in standing position then sit down or if you are in sitting position standup and go quickly from there to other place definetly you will come upon your anger it will reduce very soon.
Way no 4 . If you get anger on some one or some thing suddenly go and take a water and clean your face 3 times every time every time took a long breath definitely you can reduce your anger
